BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT GYMFEST

SCHEDULE PARTIES FOR ONLY THE FOLLOWING TIME SLOTS ON SUNDAY
11am - 1pm OR 1:30pm - 3:30pm OR 4pm - 6pm

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Birthday parties are held at the Gymfest for children that are turning 6 and older.
2. Parent supplies paper products, refreshments, etc.
3. As a parent, it is your responsibility to reinforce the safety rules of the gym.
4. Because of insurance regulations adults are not allowed in the gym.
5. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
6. The Gymfest will supply tables, chairs, and qualified staff.
7. Cancellation Policy - We must be notified within 48 hours of date for full refund.
8. If there are going to be 20 or more children, another $100 deposit will be necessary to secure an extra instructor. This will be deducted from the $5/child fee. So you have paid for the first 20 children. No refunds on this policy.
9. Please note: You and your guests should not plan to arrive until 10 minutes before the party has been scheduled to start.  This will give our staff a chance to clean up from the previous party.

SUNDAYS or DAYS or TIMES WHEN THE GYM IS CLOSED
SUNDAY TIME SLOTS ARE 11 to 1 or 1:30 to 3:30 or 4 to 6

1. $100 +$5/child - Birthday child is free
2. $100 deposit needed to book date. (additional $100 needed if more than 20 children)
3. Call Friday before with final number of participants.
4. GYMFEST supplies room (Observation Room) for refreshment (1/2 hour), supervised Open Gym for 1-1/2 hours. This time schedule may be adjusted after speaking to the instructor in charge.
5. Parent supplies paper products, refreshments, etc.
6. Party Room (Observation Room) will be available for parent decoration at starting time of party as parent will have 90 minutes to set up room while children are in the gym.
7. If the parent would like the room for decoration earlier, a $10 fee/15 minutes will be added. If your party runs over, a $10 fee/15 minutes will be added.
8. Children may NOT return to the gym after they have been eating.
