Enrollment Agreement


Payment in full is due at the time of registration along with a completed and signed registration and waiver form.  Your payment secures a place for your child in a class for an 11- or 14-week session. Classes are non-transferable to other persons or succeeding sessions.


Each student pays an annual (Sept.-Aug.) $30 non-refundable registration/membership fee ($60/family maximum).  There is a 10% discount for a second child in the same family or second class. NOTE: This does not include the registration fee: each student pays the registration/member fee.


Please understand that you are responsible for payment for the full session once your child begins classes.  If your child is absent due to a prolonged illness you may apply the tuition to the next session.  A doctor's note is required.


We guarantee that your child will have fun while learning.  If we fail to deliver this, a full refund (minus the non-refundable registration fee of $30) will be given to all NEW students who inform us at the end of their first lesson. The Gymfest does not sign students up for one month at a time, only for an 11- or 14-week session


Refunded checks will be charged $25


Missed Classes and Make-Ups


Students are allowed to make-up one missed class per session.  Missed classes cannot be deducted from the tuition. They can be made up by attending any regular class of the same level.  Please call before that class to avoid overcrowding.  There are no make-ups for scheduled calendar closings announced at your next scheduled class.



For comfort and safety, girls are required to wear leotards.  Long hair must be tied back.  No jewelry-rings, earrings and watches are potentially dangerous to the student and the instructor.  Boys are required to wear gym shorts (without a belt or hook), gymnastic shirt or a t-shirt.
